There are many variants of this formula. Here is one of the better ones I make occasionally. Please be aware that this is just not kung pao chicken which often uses Szechuan peppercorns as well as the chicken will be stir-fried instead of fried. Furthermore, not all Szechuan chicken meals used deep-fried chicken. Enjoy this.
1 entire boneless chicken
1/2 tsp salt
0.25 teaspoon garlic clove powder
two teaspoons cornstarch
1 egg cell white
a few tablespoons drinking water
two tablespoons veggie oil (to fry garlic clove, dried
Szechuan ginger and peppers
3 tablespoons oyster spices
3 tablespoons light (color) soy sauce*
3 tablespoons SODIUM regular soy sauce LOW
1/2 cup LOWER SODIUM poultry broth
1 tablespoon dry white sherry or wine
6 in order to 12, or even more, dried Szechuan peppers, based
on how very hot you like your own food*
two garlic cloves, minced
0.25 teaspoon ginger, minced
a few tablespoons minced green onions (green component only)
0.25 cup dried out roasted nuts (approximation, optional)
1 tea spoon sesame essential oil
2 tsps cornstarch combined with equal quantity
of drinking water (used in order to thicken sauce)
1 1/2 tablespoons enticing hot essential oil (used to provide sauce
obvious, glossy look)

At least 5 hours before this dish is cooked by you, cut your entire chicken breast CROSSWISE into slim slightly-thicker-than-domino pieces. Sprinkle salt and garlic powder over chicken strips evenly.
