Ingredients:

For the dough you need:
7g dry yeast
1tsp sugar
250ml lukewarm water
350g wheat flour
1tsp salt
1tbsp olive oil

For my hawaii pizza topping I took:
1 can of tomatoes in can
italian herbs
1 can of pineapple in can
1 package of ham (about 200g)
2 hands full grated cheese

First put the yeast, water and sugar into a bowl and stir, until there aren’t clumps anymore. Now add all the other ingredients and make a nice dough. You can always add a little more flour if you need to. The dough is well, when it doesn’t stick on the bowl anymore. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes. When time is over, roll the dough out on a baking sheet and put it on a baking tray. Mix the tomatoes with the herbs and pour them onto the dough.So cut the ham and the pineapple into slices and put them on the tomato sauce. I first put the ham and then the pineapple, this way your ham will stay juicy.

Put the pizza in the oven and leave it for about 30 minutes at 200°C. Enjoy this amazing pizza without any chemical or fatty ingredients we don’t want to eat. Enjoy!
